Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Facilities Manager to support their team in Washington, DC! About You: 8+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Proficient in MS Office Products; must be tech savvy.Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation, project management, and customer service skills.Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) at the Washington, DC location.The Job:Manage all aspects of day-to-day property operations.Handle financial reporting and cost control, operations, building security, and tenant and community relations.Manage tenant relations, building maintenance and security, and contractors.Manage budget and reporting of building ops.Manage rent collection and invoicing with tenants and vendors.This is a temporary position that pays $35/hr-$42/hr and is slated to last for around 9 months.
