I. JOB SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator role is responsible for performing a variety of transactional, data review, and information organization work within the HR team. This role helps ensure workforce management transactions are properly completed and corresponding data and information are accurately processed, tracked, organized, and reported. This is an important role on our team and requires high attention to detail, accuracy, persistence, confidentiality.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain accurate and timely human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Generate reports and dashboards for HR and cross-functional partner use
  • Perform HR transactions within SuccessFactors and other software
  • Use advanced Excel skills to calculate, merge, sort, review and validate data
  • Answer frequently asked questions from employees
  • Perform periodic audits of data, files, and records to ensure that all required documents and information are collected and filed appropriately
  • Collect, organize, and compose HR process flow document and resources
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of workforce and department information
  • May perform business process transactions within SAP to assist with procurement of goods and services
  • Collaborate with team members to complete other duties as assigned

    III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • 5+ years of work experience in HR administration, payroll processing, accounting, office management, or administrative assistant roles
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong ability and interest in organizing and maintaining records and information
    • Very strong Excel and Word skills
    • Strong math skills
    • Ability to effectively interview co-workers to collect, organize, and compose work process flow document and resources
    • Basic PowerPoint skills
    • Experience operating an HRIS system is preferred, but not required
    • Microsoft Smartsheet experience is preferred, but not required
