As the Payroll and Compensation Analyst with this global

- Oversee administration of payroll for over fifty
employees.
- Monitor individual employees' paid time off balances and ensure
balances are updated.
- Approve timesheets and update payroll records.
- Process new hires, terminations, direct deposits, and other
documents to ensure files are up to date.
- Assist the HR team with compensation benchmarking and analysis,
as well as special projects related to diversity, equity, and

- Systematic. You flawlessly follow directions and are
methodical.
- Experienced. You have at least three (3) years of
payroll-related experience and a Bachelor's degree.
- Tech savvy. You have experience managing applicant tracking
systems and working from payroll software.
- Detail oriented. You're good at organizing information and
enjoy gathering, reporting, and processing financial
