You can expect a culture of continuous learning and inclusion as you bring fresh ideas to the table.Youll work directly with the Global Future Talent (GFT) team within Talent Acquisition, focusing on university recruiting as well as program coordination and building candidate pools across transitioning military and veteran programs like Skills Bridge. Working within our highly collaborative team, well provide you with professional growth opportunities to hone your skills and develop strategic relationships across our organization.In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and manage reports in Excel, screen candidates for employment, coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events, work with external vendors on shipping logistics and tradeshow supplies, develop presentations and key candidate communications, and provide support to unique TA projects. The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.Heres What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong initiative with the ability to multitask and collaborate, executing projects effectively with minimal oversight
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically excel for reporting and data management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create engaging presentations and the confidence to interface with all levels of staff/leadership
  • This is a remote position but the successful candidate must be located in the contiguous US.Ideally, youll also have:
    • 2+ Progressive talent acquisition experience including talent sourcing in a technical, engineering, intelligence community, federal or aerospace industry
