HR Benefits Specialist/ Analysts (Mid- Sr.)We are hiring several levels of Benefit Specialists to support a Federal Agency. This position is 100% remote.Must have Federal HR benefit Experience!Candidate must apply their advanced skills and experience to perform complex federal Benefits cases. They perform end to end federal Benefits functions, to provide Quality Review and Control to work produced by staff processing Benefits transactions. They demonstrate a thorough knowledge to interpret and administer federal employee Benefits laws, regulations, policies, business processes and technology.Job Responsibilities Recommending process improvements; Running reports; Tracking trends and reporting on quality; Responding to customers' requests for information; Assembling and processing separation packages for separating employees; Maintaining employee profile data in HRIS; Inputting data into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Inputting employee deductions for payroll processingMinimum Qualifications

  • 2-5 years federal Benefits Human Resources (HR) experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply federal laws, rules and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Customer service
