The SVP, Human Resources, CBS News & Digital will directly support Neeraj Khemlani, President, Co-Head, CBS News & TV Stations.

In this role, you will be a true partner to the leadership of the division and advise on all business decisions from a people lens, helping to effectively manage change.

The ideal candidate for this role will have both breadth and depth in all functional areas of HR and the ability to use a wide range of strategies to better support business operations. Building trust and influence with the leadership team will be critical, as will a fast-paced, data-driven and forward-thinking work style.We are seeking a strategic leader who understands our long-term vision and operates with a transformational approach around Human Resources and the broader business.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Serve as a key partner to divisional leadership, ensuring an effective connection with the broader organization; help them to develop followership and consensus for change.

+ Lead, develop and support an impactful HR team that can lead and drive change throughout the division; ensure the team is set up for success within Paramount.

+ Guide the Network News & Digital division through an ongoing organizational evolution from both business and HR standpoints; ensure Paramount continues to attract, retain and develop the best high-quality talent by bringing in best-in-class practices and updating current process to prioritize efficiency.

+ Devise a best-in-class people strategy that effectively links HR with business operations, becoming a true strategic function that is more modern and forward-thinking.

+ Partner with leadership to build an inclusive culture, including integrating DEI best practices into all people processes and coaching leaders and managers on daily behaviors.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ 12+ years of Human Resources or relevant HR Business Partner Management experience

+ 5+ years of experience leading HR teams

+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data

+ Ability to recognize trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis

+ Demonstrable track record of building dedication and trust among clients, peers, partners, and direct reports

+ Possesses strong communication skills and understands how to communicate large complex change

+ Holds extensive experience successfully driving an organizational transformation.

+ Demonstrable experience operating within a company with a complex workforce with a range of different employee types and styles

+ Experience in the media or news industries valued but not required
