Job Description The Coordinator will provide targeted support to candidates during the hiring process. This support includes monitoring our stakeholder engagement and correspondences sent to and from candidates during the hiring process. This coordinator serves in tandem with the Analyst to ensure documentation and clearances are completed and communicated to candidates upon receipt to Staffing Team. The coordinator also serves as a back up to the Analyst. This hire will be cross-functional to support all three workstreams. Roles and Responsibilities Serves as the initial point of contact for candidate support related to required documentation and clearances to fully onboard candidates. Troubleshoots more complicated issues related to document submission in the candidate dashboard, candidate status updates, and completion of required clearances. Collaborates with HR Systems Development team to ensure all platforms update in a timely manner including clearances and dashboards. Manages tracking process to update Staffing coordinators when candidates submit documentation and includes these notes in our Salesforce Talent Selection Hiring system. Reviews any open issues or requests from candidates daily and follows up accordingly. Follows established protocols when complex or urgent issues require escalation, and tracks through resolution. Follows up regularly with users to ensure customer satisfaction. Supports the management of Staffing-related data requests from other central office teams, school-based stakeholders, and D.C. government agencies. Monitors candidate and Principal dashboard and coordinates enhancements and addition of resource materials. Conducts one-on-one and group virtual hiring consultation sessions as required. Participates in small-sized projects, or components of a larger project. Monitors the progress of offer letter readiness and summer hiring goals with routine check-ins with Staffing Coordinators. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two to four years of related work experience, including a minimum of one years of experience in call center, or similar customer service industry, or three years of experience as school-based staff using a similar student information system or application. Master's degree preferred. Previous exposure to or experience in the education sector preferred. Extremely well organized and detail oriented. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) with emphasis on providing high quality customer service within a team environment. Ability to maintain professional communication skills when under pressure and to exhibit a high level of patience. Demonstrated interest in technology platforms and systems. Previous experience providing individual or group training sessions. Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
