Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to
be our Human Resources Department of One. Responsibilities
Responsible for all HR needs for our small business Provide tools
and guidance for HR problems Responsible for FMLA and Covid-19
resources and compliance Conduct HR audits Design employee benefits
and total compensation Manage best practices for hiring and
training Interview and evaluate job candidates Comply with federal,
state, and DC labor laws Maintain and update employee handbook
Implementing best HR practices Succession planning and Performance
Reviews Learn and teach the intricacies of the culture and values
of Nomadic Other related duties Requirements SHRM/PHR Certified
Knowledge of labor and employment laws and their application to a
company of under 50 employees in DC. Hiring and Training Experience
Negotiation Experience Objectivity Values hard work, communication,
