Job Description:


  • Assist in the maintenance of personnel folders for current, former, and new APM personnel
  • Assemble interview materials for TSA Selection and Interview Process from standard, validated questions created and housed in the Office of Human Capital (OHC) HRAccess Database and placing them in binders for distribution
  • Assist with updating and maintaining reports for service computation dates, via Excel spreadsheets, using data provided by TSA and assist to generate the necessary requests for service certificates and pins when milestone service dates (e.g., 5 years, 15 years, 30 years) are reached by an employee (The Contractor shall print (using a template) the recognition certificate and frame (using award supplies) the certificate to be provided to the employee)
  • Assist with recording, maintaining, and storing copies of all vacancy announcements posted to USAJOBS (All vacancy announcements are currently stored in chronological order in a binder but will eventually be digitized)
  • Assist with recording and maintaining all TSA's SJDs and Job Cover Sheets aligned to APM Divisions when positions are advertised on USAJOBS using the tracking numbers on the documents (SJDs and Job Cover Sheets are currently maintained in a binder and on the respective iShare site)
  • Provide all newly hired APM employees with the New Employee Reference Guide (i.e., New Hire Orientation Packet)
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining an inventory of all New Hire Supplies
  • Use an existing Excel template to assist with recreating and maintaining an Awards Tracking report to track information, such as each division's overall awards budget, awardees, associated amounts, and time-off awards (This specific task requires the Contractor to be proficient in and have relatively advanced knowledge of Excel)
  • Assist with maintenance of award supplies (Ensure all award supplies are properly maintained and stored in a secure location)
  • Assist with maintaining and updating Performance Review folders on all employees by collecting and tracking completed initial, midterm, final, and interim reviews from the given employee's assigned manager
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining a record of each Division/Branch's training budget, to include such items as funds utilized by employee and Division's balance remaining
  • Assist with maintenance of the Telework program report that includes such items as employees telework agreements and approved telework schedule
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining the overall APM and individual reports on employee's training status (e.g., status of training requests, pending courses to be completed, courses overdue, courses completed, training hours completed) and non-OLC training.
  • Assist with training plans (e.g., classes and activities) to support employee proficiency, professional development, and leadership development based on duties and

    • BA or equivalent experience required
    • 3 years experience in a related role
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Federal experience preferred but not required
