Temporary, Part-Time or Casual Status Recruiter with Government Contracting Experience Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) is seeking to hire a Recruiter with demonstrated government contracts experience to support its current company-wide recruitment efforts. The candidate we seek will fill a Temporary (6 to 9 month) position as a full-time or part-time, casual status employee supporting our current recruitment efforts to identify, vet and hire qualified candidates to support ZAI---s existing government contracts. The position would be hired to work remotely. Our government contracts offer a diverse selection of labor categories, job types, and locations throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area and across the United States. Job Description: Perform full life-cycle recruitment duties. Successfully identify and recruit candidates from traditional, niche job boards, internet sourcing, social media, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs Facilitate background and reference checks via Taleo Collaborate with HR team to ensure offers of employment are extended following all required approvals including compensation negotiations (closing steps) Work collaboratively with Corporate HR team and hiring managers to ensure all hiring needs are met in a timely manner. Be proactive and creative in sourcing qualified candidates. Accurately evaluate candidates based on hiring needs. Manage candidates via Taleo applicant tracking system. Provide top-notch customer service to both candidates and hiring managers. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates Develop sourcing strategies to locate and attract ---hard to find--- candidates Qualifications: Bachelor---s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant government contract recruiting experience Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. General knowledge of staffing procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo. Demonstrated innovative recruitment strategies, technologies, and resources to locate, attract and fill ---difficult to fill--- opportunities COVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees will be required to adhere with Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) vaccination policy. All ZAI employees must be fully vaccinated and they must submit proof of vaccination on their first day of employment.
