Job Summary
    The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for a variety of non-exempt professional staff positions throughout the firm. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Human Resources team in performing compensation and other related duties that directly support the strategic objectives of the department. Job Responsibilities
    --- Develops effective recruiting plans and strategies through collaboration with hiring managers for non-exempt staff positions.
    --- Executes full-cycle recruiting identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics.
    --- Effectively pre-screens, interviews and/or tests candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary contact for the candidate throughout the full recruitment process.
    --- Analyzes the information on a candidate application and interviews and evaluates candidates.
    --- Advises hiring managers on the recruitment process and establishes an effective communication flow on recruiting efforts by providing timely status updates through meetings, email and reports.
    --- Schedules and coordinates interviews with hiring managers
    --- Develops job postings and recruitment advertisements.
    --- Informs candidates fully about the job and the firm.
    --- Manages the background checks with vendor and dispositions candidates; confers with Human Resources Managers on any adverse actions related to job candidates.
    --- Makes verbal offers; prepares offer letters. --- Prepares compensation market analyses for all external job offers and internal promotions and other job changes for review and approval by senior Human Resources management.
    --- Assists with completion of compensation surveys. Compiles survey and internal compensation data in preparation for analysis for new hire offers and internal transfers.
    --- Coordinates provisioning for and onboarding of new hires. Conducts new hire orientation.
    --- Compiles and maintains all job descriptions; works with administrative managers to provide guidance on development of the job descriptions and reviews the content to ensure appropriate firm format. Qualifications Requirements: Education
    The position requires a Bachelor's Degree. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for education. Experience
    The position requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience during which knowledge, skills and abilities applicable to the position were demonstrated. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities--
    --- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws.
    --- Demonstrated knowledge of the full life-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition process.--
    --- Demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of applicant tracking systems (i.e. iCIMS; JobVite; SmartRecruiter), and applicant workflow process.
    --- Intermediate knowledge of MS suite to produce quality written communications such as memos, spreadsheets, slides, and other standard work documents.
    --- Ability to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, apply critical and creative thinking to draw conclusions or develop solutions to complex problems.--
    --- Ability to provide quality client service to both internal and external contacts, regarding non-legal matters of a routine nature. Requires patience, creativity and discretion.
    --- Ability to handle personal and compensation information in a confidential and professional manner.
    --- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing with attorneys, staff, vendors and external contacts.
    --- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
    --- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a productive and committed work effort, meeting deadlines and managing workload.
    --- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, and willingness to assist others, even in potentially stressful situations.
