Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Qualifications: Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in the food service industry.
