& Qualifications Experience as a Senior Sous Chef, Executive Sous
Chef, or Head Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong
communication skills with the ability to provide honest feedback
with compassion and emotional intelligence Proven ability to uphold
outstanding food quality, health standards, and kitchen safety
protocols Strong understanding of kitchen financials: GP, labor
management, inventory, and stock control A motivational leader

Lead by example, creating a positive, inclusive kitchen environment
where your team feels supported and celebrated Develop and mentor
culinarians at all levels, fostering continuous growth Ensure every
dish is prepared to exceptional standards, equipping your team with
the necessary skills Maintain impeccable food safety, sanitation,
and kitchen health standards Support all aspects of kitchen
financial performance including COGS, labor costs, waste reduction,
and stock control Partner with the Head Chef to recruit, train, and
build a strong, cohesive team rooted in culture and accountability
