rotating shifts between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

About the role:
We are seeking diverse individuals who can work effectively both in
a team environment and independently, with strong time management
skills, interested in exploring new opportunities within this 6 or
12-month contract at our Murdoch office (relocating to Perth CBD at
the end of 2025).
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of
contact for new and existing customers, providing support and
information on our natural gas product. You will have the
opportunity to connect with customers, address their inquiries, and
provide exceptional support through channels including phone,
email, web chat, and social media.
