The Cook 2 position is an intermediate-level cook requiring good communication and some culinary skills/experience. This person should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position may work in different areas of the kitchen such as our restaurant and banquets, and will primarily work in the afternoons and evenings some time between 12pm-12am.

  Qualifications:
  
  • Previous cooking experience.
  • Hotel experience is welcome but not required.
  • Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
  • Able to work single line stations in the kitchen as well as volume production for banquets.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
