the Role:Focused on the vision of 'Trusted to deliver the best
forgrowers', our large Fertilisers customer service team is
acrucial interface between the business and customers,
continuouslystriving to provide professional customer sales,
service andsupport to all parties that interact with the
business.In this important role, you will liaise with various
internaldepartments (Operations, Sales, Supply) and key
externalstakeholder including, customers, carriers and suppliers.We
are looking for someone with strong customer service skillswho
enjoys working with diverse groups of people and buildingpositive
relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to developyour
skills and make an impact in our growing business.Your key
responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries
andbookings.
- Scheduling and coordinating logistics associated withproduct
despatch using the relevant systems.
- Providing after hours on-call support to customers
(ifrequired).
- Prioritising your safety, and the safety of others in
allpractices.During the peak season (approx. March to July), our
team worksrotating shifts to meet seasonal demands, including
afternoons,nights, weekends and public holidays.Do you have a
mixture of the following skills andexperience?
- Customer service experience not critical - need to be goodwith
people - All training provided
- High level of attention to detail and
well-developedinterpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle
andprioritise multiple tasks
- Experience using computerised sales systems and proficientin MS
Office applications.
- High level of problem solving capability and the ability
tolearn new systems quickly.
- Ability to handle a high volume of workWe are looking for a
committed team member who is able to workflexibly to provide
outstanding customer service support outsidenormal business hours.
The role requires you to work variousrotating shifts between the
hours of 6:00am - 10:00pm Monday -Friday, and a rotational weekend
shift that can include Saturdaysand Sundays during our peak season
