Job Description:

Works under direct instruction and close supervision with detailed instruction or clearly defined procedures, this position performs routine, repetitive and straightforward activities. Requires basic knowledge of operational or administrative processes within the field of customer service. Provides assistance with post-sales technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services. Carries out and delivers basic administrative and/or operative tasks. Completes work that is allocated day-to-day or task-by-task with clear instructions. Key Responsibilities Solve routine customer technical and service enquiries by following established customer service procedures via phone, email, and chat Work to maintain overall departmental goals and service levels Communicate with team members where necessary for support on resolving problems Key Requirements Basic knowledge of technical customer service processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
