What you will be doing:

-Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
-Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
-Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate
-Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
-Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
-Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standard
Your experience and skills include:

- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
- Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
