Join a modern, well-supported Urology practice with a Monday Friday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) and no night or weekend call. This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $443.43 plus a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay via direct deposit. What You ll Do

• Provide general urology care in a busy outpatient practice setting
• Manage a high-volume clinic schedule (approximately patients/day)
• Perform and coordinate ureteroscopy procedures as part of clinical responsibilities
• Cover daytime hospital rounding and consults during assigned coverage periods (no night/weekend call)
• Participate in OR cases and occasional adds to clinic while maintaining a patient-centered approach
• Use EPIC EMR to document assessments, plans, and procedures
• Collaborate with experienced clinic and surgical support staff to ensure smooth patient flow

What You Need
Required

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• PA or IMLC LOQ (with 2-hour gratis PA license/qualification time acceptable if applicable)
• DEA required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in urology (new grads may be considered with the required licensing/qualification status)

Preferred

• Comfort managing a mixed workflow of clinic + daytime hospital consults/rounding + OR
• Experience working in an outpatient urology practice with a high patient volume

About the Assignment
This assignment covers scheduled daytime coverage for a Urology practice in Gettysburg, PA, supporting a modern urology clinic with renovated facilities and strong long-tenured support staff (including medical assistants, LPN, and scheduling/clerical teams). Coverage includes clinic time and daytime hospital call that may include rounding, consults, and OR/occasionally add-on clinic work (no templated clinic scheduling; patients are seen as available).
