Schedule: 24-hour call coverage; week-long
blocks (e.g., Sept 1-8, Nov 16-23); PRN need ( every 12-14
weeks) Patient Volume: Callback averages 10-12
hours/day EMR: Epic Certifications Required: Board Certified or
Board Eligible Required Skills: General urology call coverage
across full patient spectrum Hospital-based setting (76 beds) Coverage includes multiple nearby facilities No APP support Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required DEA required (PA address) Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days; temp privileges
