JOB REQUIREMENTS License Required: PA or IMLC LOQ DEA: PA address
required Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Urology Minimum Experience Required: 3 years minimum DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive urological care to patients
in an outpatient setting. Perform diagnostic evaluations and
develop treatment plans for urological conditions. Collaborate with
the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with
facility standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives
and clinical meetings as required.
