Job Description:
Locum Primary Care Physician Colonial Heights,
VA Seeking a Primary Care Physician for 3
days per week coverage starting May 15 for a
6-month assignment. The provider will see
22 patients per day in an outpatient
adult, geriatric, and pediatric primary care
setting using Epic EMR. The clinic includes on-site lab and radiology,
with 3 exam rooms assigned to the provider and
support from one mid-level provider. Duties
include general outpatient primary care, pediatric visits,
pelvic exams/Pap smears, and minor procedures such as suturing and
I&D. No call, no ED backup, and no inpatient
responsibilities. Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible,
active Virginia license, BLS, and
a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of
submission. Credentialing: days.
