Healthcare Business Analyst (Functional Analyst – Healthcare
Business) Council for Logistics Research, Inc. (CLR) McLean, VA

in Bethesda, MD Supervises: No Salary: $75,000 - $105,000
Citizenship / Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 security clearance and
pass government background screening. Description of Work: The
Healthcare Business Analyst supports NICoE clinical operations by
analyzing business processes, clinical workflows, and system
requirements to improve healthcare delivery and operational
efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze healthcare
business processes and clinical workflows to identify improvement
opportunities. Support government informatics staff in defining
business and data requirements. Document system requirements,
productivity measures, and change requests. Assist with development
of integration and implementation plans for healthcare systems and
processes. Support clinical operations improvement initiatives.
Assist with development and monitoring of policies and procedures
for clinical business processes. Provide meeting support for
clinical business reviews. Manage conference room scheduling for
operational and clinical meetings. Support administrative tasks
related to clinical operations. Required Education, Skills, and
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration,
business, informatics, or related field. Approximately 5 years of
relevant experience. Experience analyzing healthcare operations,
workflows, or data systems. Knowledge of healthcare delivery
systems and clinical operations. Experience documenting business
and system requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Experience with electronic health record systems (preferably MHS
Genesis) preferred. CLR and its subcontractors shall abide by the
