the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Hospice RN in Rosedale, Maryland, 21237! Job Title:

full year in Adult Home Health or Hospice experience License: Must
have a valid nursing license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS
Must-Have: Recent specialty experience Description: Provides
coordination and direction for home nursing care according to
physician's orders. Care is based on agency policies and procedures
through the competent application of the nursing process.
Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and
evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed
Vocational Nurses. Travel required for home visits and periodic
office meetings. Reliable transportation, current driver's license,
and agency-required liability insurance are mandatory. Average
number of patients per day is between 5-8. Contractor will be
assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Types of cases include
Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits. The contractor
must be comfortable traveling up to 75 miles from their home
clinic. Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Local
candidates accepted at the same rate. Candidates must have
experience with HomeCare HomeBase and have used it within the last
6 months. Proficient use of Oasis is required. Weekly productivity
points expectation is 30, equating to approximately 40 hours. All
documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient
appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation may impact billing
and follow-up patient care. No guaranteed hours are associated with
