Registered Nurse (RN) | Wound/Ostomy Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,520 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Wound/Ostomy RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21201! Job Title: Inpatient Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Wound Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 5x8, 08:00 - 16:30 Experience: 1 year experience required; first-time travelers with strong skills/experience accepted License: Active state RN license Certifications: WCC, BLS required; WOCN preferred Must-Have: Active state RN license WCC certification BLS certification WOCN certification preferred 1 year experience in wound care Description: This position is for an Inpatient Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients with pressure injuries, chronic and acute wounds, and ostomies. The daily census is approximately 15 patients. The nurse will participate in wound care team rounds on four to five units daily. Weekends are not required, but holidays are required as scheduled. Floating within the specialty may be required if needed. The nurse will work with patients of all age groups. This role requires knowledge and skills in managing catheters and continence care. Experience with wound care therapies such as Vacuum Assisted Closure and various dressing changes is essential. The nurse will also assist with patient and family teaching. Compliance with infection control protocols is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable floating within their scope of experience.
