Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Glen Burnie, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,218 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Glen Burnie, Maryland, 21061! Job Title: MS/Tele RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 20:00 - 08:30 Experience: 2 years of experience required License: RN state license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous charge experience, travel experience is required, must have an active state or compact license at time of submission. Description: The position requires an MS/Tele RN to work nights for 36 hours per week. Every other weekend is required. Holidays must be worked as scheduled. Floating within specialty sister units may be required. The average daily census is 40-42 patients. The patient care ratio is 1:5. Patient age ranges include adults and geriatrics. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and experience. Certifications including BLS, ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS are required. Previous experience in charge roles is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable with a variety of medical procedures and patient management tasks. The role involves managing cardiac drips, dysrhythmias, post-operative care, and various nursing interventions. Travelers are expected to float with no restrictions or special requests within their experience scope. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong team-based collaboration and communication skills. References from previous employers will be required as part of the hiring process.
