The facility maintains modern medical equipment and support staff including dedicated medical assistants for each clinician, additional medical assistants, and dietitians to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery. Credentialing typically requires 30 days but may be completed in as little as 2-4 weeks depending on documentation completeness. About the Facility Location The area offers diverse outdoor activities including biking, hiking, kayaking, whale watching, and wildlife viewing, along with wine tasting and archaeological experiences. Weekly farmers markets and pop-up markets provide local products to neighborhoods throughout the year, complemented by large-scale cultural festivals. The region features modern infrastructure developments, including recently completed wastewater treatment facilities that support the community's growth. About the Clinician's Workday The Internal Medicine physician will deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing approximately 21 patients per day with a focus on serving marginalized and vulnerable populations. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, and providing acute care services during regular business hours with dedicated medical assistant support and no call requirements.
