We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse for our
Medical/Surgical Cardiac Unit, who is passionate about providing
top-notch healthcare services. Our nurses play a crucial role in
patient recovery and health management, particularly focusing on
cardiac care within a dynamic and supportive environment. This role
requires strong clinical skills in cardiac and medical-surgical
nursing, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Assess, plan, and
implement patient care plans in a cardiac medical/surgical setting.
Monitor patient health and administer medications according to
physician orders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
ensure the best patient outcomes. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and
health maintenance and recovery. Supervise and guide nursing
assistants and junior nurses. Strong clinical skills in a
medical/surgical and cardiac care setting Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a
high-pressure environment Proficiency in using medical software and
patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
