This role is crucial in managing immediate medical interventions needed in acute care situations within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in rapid response or emergency care, exceptional clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Assess and respond to patient emergencies, ensuring swift, accurate clinical decision-making. Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care during critical incidents. Administer medications, perform CPR, and operate medical equipment as necessary. Document all emergency interventions and patient interactions. Participate in debriefings and training sessions to enhance response strategies and outcomes. Maintain readiness to respond to emergencies within the hospital at all times. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in using medical technologies related to emergency and critical care Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
