Job Description:

in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia region, is seeking an experienced RN
Clinical Nurse specializing in Obstetrics to join our dedicated
team. This role focusses on delivering compassionate, patient-first
healthcare in our obstetrics department. The successful candidate
will have an opportunity to work within a vibrant team environment

and learning. Assess and monitor patient conditions throughout
labor and delivery, offering necessary medical care. Administer
medications, perform episiotomies if required, and assist
physicians during deliveries. Educate patients and their families
on prenatal health, childbirth options, and postnatal care.
Maintain detailed records of patient care and prepare birthing
rooms with the required clinical equipment. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop effective patient
care plans. Provide emotional support and guidance to mothers and
their families before, during, and after childbirth. Strong
clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecological care Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in using
healthcare software for patient management Ability to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse licensure in the
state of employment BLS/ACLS Certification Certification in
Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) preferred
