a Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy to lead
enterprise-wide business development, capture, and strategic growth
initiatives across the organization. The Senior Vice President of
Growth and Strategy serves as the senior executive responsible for
driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening
strategic partnerships across the federal and health services
landscape. This role leads a geographically dispersed team of
business development, strategy, and capture professionals and plays
a critical role in shaping and executing long-term growth strategy
aligned to organizational objectives. This role is based onsite in
either our Reston, VA or San Antonio, TX office. Primary
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all business development,
capture management, and strategic growth initiatives for Leidos QTC
Health Services Develop and execute near-term and long-term growth
strategies that drive revenue expansion, margin improvement, and
sustained book-to-bill performance greater than 1.0 Lead and manage
a team of 15 business development, strategy, and capture
professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and
professional development Establish and maintain senior-level
relationships with customers across the Department of Defense,
Department of Veterans Affairs, and other Federal health agencies
Oversee pipeline development, qualification, and prioritization to
ensure disciplined pursuit of strategic opportunities in the U.S.
marketplace Guide the preparation and submission of high-quality,
competitive proposals aligned with organizational growth objectives
Collaborate across operations, finance, legal, contracts, and
executive leadership to ensure cohesive and effective bid
strategies Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and
procurement developments to inform strategic decision-making and
protect market share Evaluate and support potential mergers,
acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, joint ventures,
geographic expansion opportunities, and new market entry strategies
consistent with corporate objectives Allocate growth resources
effectively between existing and new business initiatives to
maximize return on investment Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration or related field 15 years of
progressive experience in business development, capture management,
and growth strategy within federal health or government services
markets Proven experience developing and growing a large portfolio
exceeding $1B in value, with positive book-to-bill performance and
sustained year-over-year growth Demonstrated expertise in federal
contract acquisition strategies, including engagement with federal
health, DoD, and VA procurement and program management communities
Demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically dispersed, and
diverse teams while developing and mentoring high-performing
professionals Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced,
competitive environment while managing multiple strategic
priorities Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business
Administration or related discipline Executive-level experience
leading growth organizations within large government services
contractors Demonstrated experience supporting strategic
transactions, including mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures
Deep understanding of federal health services markets,
reimbursement models, and regulatory environments Additional
