weeks) Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 30 minute unpaid meal (day shift)
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week Days: Sunday through Saturday (full
week coverage, actual treatment days per caseload/scheduling) Pay
rate: $50-$65 Classification: Powerback local contract, replacement
need Dress code: Light grey scrub top with matching scrub bottoms,
or black slacks with appropriate top. Responsibilities Evaluate and
treat adult/geriatric SNF residents with dysphagia, speech,
language, voice, and cognitive communication disorders. Develop and
implement evidence based treatment plans, complete functional
swallow and communication assessments, document in the EMR, and
participate in care conferences and discharge planning as part of
the IDT.
