Physical Therapist Location: Lanham, MD Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $2,576 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position COTA SNF Rehab Lanham, MD (Day Shift) Job ID: 9063207 Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Day Shift Location: Lanham, MD 20706, skilled nursing/rehab setting (Powerback contract; client name omitted). Dates: 03/02/26 06/01/26 (14 weeks) Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 30 minute unpaid meal (5 8s; 7 day availability) Guaranteed hours: 35 hours/week Pay Rate: $34-$44 per hour Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision to adult/geriatric SNF residents, focusing on ADLs, functional transfers, upper extremity function, and safety. Implement care plans, lead group and individual sessions, document daily treatments and progress in the EMR, and assist with discharge planning recommendations. Collaborate with nursing and other rehab disciplines to support fall reduction, safe discharge, and resident participation in meaningful activities. Qualifications Active Maryland COTA license; graduation from an accredited OTA program. Prior SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred; familiarity with high productivity, post acute workloads is helpful
