Job Description Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Educator – NP / PA White Plains, NY Full-Time | Day Shift | Onsite (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider Educator to support the clinical development, onboarding, and ongoing education of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in an acute-care hospital setting. This is a highly collaborative, non-shift-based leadership role focused on education, quality, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Educate and mentor new and existing NPs/PAs on clinical standards, procedures, and best practices Develop, manage, and sign off on clinical competencies Support APP onboarding and credentialing, including delineation of privileges Deliver education through lectures, simulations, and online resources Develop evidence-based standards, policies, and procedures Serve as an ongoing clinical resource across departments Collaborate with medical staff, nursing leadership, and administration Provide education related to billing, coding, and compliance Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NY State) Current national certification Minimum 5 years of clinical experience BLS and ACLS required Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Education, training, or simulation experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $127,000 – $189,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package Retirement plan Stable weekday schedule with no nights or weekends Why This Role?
