Evaluate patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities. Develop and administer tailored treatment programs to facilitate recovery and improve abilities. Maintain patient records and progress reports detailing treatment plans and outcomes. Educate patients and families about communication strategies and swallowing safety techniques. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate treatments. Strong understanding of speech-language pathology practices and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Skill in using therapeutic technology and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
