nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care
Unit (PCU) in Fairfax, VA. This assignment offers a weekly pay of

payments, every time. Key Responsibilities of the Travel PCU Nurse:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive
Care Unit. Monitor and assess patients' clinical conditions,
including cardiac monitoring. Administer medications, IV therapy,
and treatments as ordered. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and
families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge
instructions. Accurately document patient care and clinical
observations in electronic health records. Respond promptly to
changes in patient status, including emergency interventions.
Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Travel
to and from assignment locations as needed. Requirements of the
Travel PCU Nurse: Valid Virgina/Compact Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications. Minimum of 2
years' experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar acute care
setting. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
