Detention Center (Caroline Detention Facility) Location: Bowling
Green, VA Pay: $50/hr Job Type: Full-time | W-2 Registered Nurse
Role Quality Patient Centered Services (QPCS), in partnership with
InGenesis, seeking a Registered Nurse to provide healthcare
services at the ICE Caroline Federal Detention Facility in Bowling
Green, VA. This position supports a diverse, low and high acuity
population in a secure federal setting, working as part of an
interdisciplinary team delivering comprehensive primary, urgent,
and infirmary care. The Registered Nurse Position: ? Provide direct
patient care in ambulatory, emergency, and infirmary settings. ?
Conduct intake screenings and physical exams. ? Administer
medications and perform treatments such as wound care, EKGs, and
lab specimen collection. ? Supervise LPNs and assistive staff as
assigned. ? Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with
providers for appropriate referrals. Schedule ? Facility operates
24/7/365; nurses work rotating day, evening, and night shifts,
including weekends and holidays. ? On-call not required.
Requirements ? Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or
CCNE). ? Active, unrestricted RN license in VA or a compact state.
? BLS certification (American Heart Association). ? Minimum 1 year
of professional nursing experience; correctional or detention
healthcare preferred. ? Must complete federal security clearance
and background checks prior to start. Pay & Benefits ? $50/hr ?
