Job Description Job Description The Swift Creek YMCA is currently seeking part time enthusiastic instructors to lead water group fitness exercise classes! DUTIES of a Group Exercise Instructor Group exercise instructors should be able to work flexible hours to meet members' needs, including evenings and some weekends. QUALIFICATIONS of a Group Exercise Instructor Group exercise instructors must hold a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required) along with current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
