are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week
travel assignment. Candidates must have strong cardiovascular OR
experience and be comfortable circulating and scrubbing. This is a
high-acuity surgical environment with weekend and on-call
responsibilities. Schedule Details 4x10-hour day shifts
(06:45–17:15) May start earlier if two heart cases are scheduled
10–15 on-call shifts per contract Weekday call: end of shift – 6:30
AM Weekend call: 24-hour call On-call shifts equally divided among
CVOR staff Weekend & holiday coverage required (as scheduled)
Floating required within specialty and to general OR as needed 5

recreational activities. Requirements Minimum 5 years RN experience
CVOR experience required First-time travelers accepted with strong
general OR experience across: Orthopedics Neurosurgery General
Surgery Circulating AND scrub experience required Active Maryland
RN license or Compact license (required at submission) BLS (AHA
only) – Required ACLS (AHA only) – Preferred CPI Certification
required (Calm Every Storm online vendor accepted) Travelers must
complete labs within 72 hours of signing Local Policy Candidates
must reside 50 miles from the facility Former UMMS staff must be
separated for 12 months Return travelers must be away for 6 months
