Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel MS/Tele-ER Border Nurse - Night Shift/n/n Location/n Maryland /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:30 - 08:00); every other weekend required. /n/nJob Description/n The MS/Tele-ER Border Nurse provides patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, managing a wide variety of complex diagnoses. This role involves caring for patients at the intersection of emergency and medical-surgical/telemetry, ensuring optimal transitional care for patients admitted from the Emergency Department. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Administer medication and monitor patient progress and responses. /n - Provide assessment and care for patients presenting with complex medical conditions. /n - Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including Respiratory Services and Social Services. /n - Float between Emergency Department borders and Medical/Surgical units as needed. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Active RN license in Maryland or compact state. /n - BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications required. /n - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience needed; preferred experience in a similar setting. /n - Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
