Job Description Job Description Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary Harvest Talent Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry unit. This role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating nursing care for patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with all clinical standards. Employment Type: Full Time Shift: 12-Hour shifts | Nights Location: New Freedom, PA Compensation: $38.00 to $52.00 per hour , based on experience, shift, and qualifications. Shift differentials available for nights and weekends. Essential Job Functions Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care Follow physician’s orders in the delivery of nursing care Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times Adhere to required infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures Assemble equipment and supplies for diagnostic or treatment procedures; perform or assist others with procedures or treatments Provide care in accordance with legal, hospital/facility, departmental policies, and standards defined by the state Board of Nursing Other Job Functions Perform all assigned Quality Assessment activities and document appropriately Attend staff meetings or company-sponsored/mandated meetings as required May float to alternate locations based on staffing needs and patient care requirements Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and operations Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, required; BSN preferred Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state Minimum of 2 years full-time RN experience in Telemetry, or 2 years combination experience in related healthcare positions Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross PALS strongly preferred (ENPC may substitute for PALS) Certifications may be obtained prior to starting, if not currently held Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation with shift differentials Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical and leadership environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Dedicated recruiter support throughout the hiring and onboarding process About Harvest Talent Solutions Harvest Talent Solutions partners with healthcare organizations to connect skilled clinicians with opportunities where they can grow and make an impact.
