Job Description Job Description Menno Haven is seeking a
Community Nurse to join our team! The Community Nurse will be
responsible for supporting independent living residents with
clinical needs while serving as a key clinical resource to
residents. Qualifications: Current PA nursing license (LPN or RN)
in good standing, required Current CPR certification, required
Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, required
Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly
desirable Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic
health record (EHR) systems, required Ability to promote and
maintain a positive attitude, required Must be a self-starter, able
