Your Role Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Provide hands-on treatment to improve ADL function, fine motor skills, upper extremity strength/coordination, cognition, and functional independence Train residents and families in adaptive equipment, compensatory strategies, and energy conservation techniques Motivate and encourage residents during therapy sessions Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with the OT, nursing, and interdisciplinary team Why COTAs Stay & Thrive Here Strong clinical support from therapist Regional Directors who regularly visit the buildings Excellent mentorship and guidance available - ideal for new grads and early-career COTAs Annual performance reviews with realistic raise opportunities Typically able to offer consistent full 40-hour caseloads Optional PRN / extra hours at nearby facilities if desired Unlimited $1,000 employee referral bonuses (no cap!)
