Responsibilities & Duties Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide EMDR and other therapeutic modalities as clinically appropriate Maintain a caseload seeing a minimum of 25 client sessions per week , with possible monthly bonuses for those that exceed Complete timely and accurate documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, medical providers, and school personnel as needed Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team collaboration Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients meet and exceed treatment goals Required Qualifications Masters degree in Social Work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution Trained or certified in EMDR Licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Preferred Qualifications Creative, innovative approach to therapy Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens Experience with couples and families General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing What We Offer Transparent, straightforward compensation no games Hourly pay structure commission on claims Fee-for-service model Comprehensive benefits package and PTO accrual After the first year, the Company pays 3% match for 401K Professional development opportunities Access to a robust CEU library Flexible scheduling options Additional Details Position operates under the general direction of the Clinical Director If youre an EMDR clinician looking for a workplace that genuinely supports your growth, values your expertise, and prioritizes both clinician and client well-beingwed love to hear from you Richmond, VA - Midlothian Mental Health Clinic | Ellie Mental Health Flexible work from home options available.
