Job Description Nephrology opening - Wilmington, DelawareLocated close to DE beaches and PhiladelphiaJ1/H1 Eligible*Growing, highly reputed practice with rapid expansion and friendly working environment. Only nephrology practice in the ACO area*Position Details - Full-time, permanent - Mix of inpatient/outpatient - Daily patient census /- 20 - 3-4 weeks vacation time - Group of 2 Nephrologists and 1 Nurse Practitioner - Q 4 weekend call (If agreeable for Q 3 - the compensation is negotiable) - New grad & experienced candidates welcome Compensation/Benefits - Starting $230,000 per year - Medical - Dental - Malpractice - CME allowance - Moving allowance - Travel reimbursement - 401K retirement - Profit sharing plan
