We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in
Richmond, Virginia — earn up to ($1862 - $1960 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting. Participate in
ongoing professional development and training. Collaborate with
healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Achieve performance
targets and contribute to team goals. Monitor and document patient
progress and vital signs. Educate patients and families on health
management and recovery. Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and team members. Adhere to safety and infection control
protocols. Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the
department. Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care
tasks. Utilize electronic health records for accurate
documentation. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Experience/Qualifications Must have a valid RN license in Virginia.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in MedSurg nursing preferred. Strong communication
skills with patients and families. Knowledge of safety and
infection control protocols. Ability to work collaboratively within
a healthcare team. Ability to manage time efficiently and
prioritize tasks. Experience in patient education and health
management. Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
