Physical Therapist Location: Winchester, VA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,872 to $2,066 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist - Float City/State: Peoria, AZ Shift: Monday and Wednesday: 10-7, Friday: 8-5; Surprise: Tuesday and Thursday: 7-4 Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 02/23/2026 Job Description: The Outpatient Physical Therapist - Float will work between clinics in Peoria and Surprise, AZ, providing therapy to adults, adolescents, and geriatrics. The role involves evaluating patient conditions, building caseloads, and performing assessments and treatments for a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Responsibilities: Conduct screening and build caseloads based on evaluations and assessments. Perform evaluations using Fall Risk Assessment and Gross Motor Assessments. Address orthopedic issues such as ACL tears, fractures, and post-operative care. Manage neurological conditions including concussions and vestibular disorders. Requirements: Must have 1 years of experience in a similar setting. Ability to handle a caseload of 25-35 cases per week. Familiarity with NextGen EHR. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
