with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg RN
in Richmond, Virginia, 23229! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse,
Medical Surgical – Virginia Start Date: January 12, 2026 Location:
Richmond, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: Day or night shift available; 5-6:1 patient
ratio; every 3rd weekend; floating to other Med Surg units as
needed Highlights: 18-bed progressive care medical-surgical unit
specializing in neurological and complex medical patients Work with
a collaborative team including 13 RNs, 5 LPNs, and 25 PCTs in a
supportive environment Meditech EMR system with training provided
Hands-on clinical experience including central line care, wound
care, tube feedings, and assisting with bedside procedures
Opportunity to develop neuro assessment skills and work alongside
neurologists Equipment includes feeding pumps, IV pumps, central
lines, EKG, and other acute care technology Requirements: Active RN
license with Compact (multi-state) licensure required at time of
submission Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong
teamwork, communication, and patient care skills Compassionate,
outgoing personality with a team-player mindset Neuro assessment
