Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is eager to welcome a dedicated Pain Management
Physician to our client's growing medical team in Lorton, VA. As a
specialty healthcare provider, this role focuses on the diagnosis,
treatment, and management of pain, aiming to improve quality of
life for patients suffering from chronic pain conditions. The
successful candidate will have a proactive approach to
multi-disciplinary healthcare and a passionate commitment to
patient-centered care. Diagnose and treat various types of chronic
pain conditions. Develop comprehensive pain management plans in
collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. Prescribe medication
and conduct procedures like nerve blocks or injections as needed.
Educate patients and their families on pain management treatments
and strategies. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans
accordingly. Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure
confidentiality. Expertise in pharmacological and
non-pharmacological pain treatment methods. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a
multi-disciplinary team. Proficiency in electronic health record
(EHR) systems. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
Valid medical license in the state of Virginia.
