Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist position is available to support a middle school
community in Salem, OR for the current school year contract,
starting ASAP through June 15. This full-time role consists of 37.5
hours per week with a focus on providing crucial psychological
services within a special education framework. Key responsibilities
include: Coordinating and completing all special education
evaluations to determine student eligibility Conducting Functional
Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and facilitating the creation of
Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) that case managers will implement
and monitor Attending and consulting at Positive Behavioral
Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Multi-Tiered System of
Supports (MTSS) meetings Delivering individualized and small group
social-emotional instruction tailored for Tier 3 interventions
Providing crisis response services when other support personnel are
unavailable Ideal candidates possess solid experience in school
psychology, especially in middle school settings, and are adept at
managing a varied caseload that includes behavioral assessments and
social emotional instruction. This contract offers highly
competitive hourly pay from $58 to $65, with weekly compensation.
